Hercesa International stems from the union of two international projects of Hercesa and five important financial entities (savings bank) (e.g. Caja Burgos, Caja Ávila, Caja de Ahorros de la Inmaculada de Aragón, Caixanova y Unicaja). Its main scope of action is exclusively in the real estate business in Europe and Morocco.
On the other hand, Hercesa Railway operates in the American Continent, in concrete; it is represented by delegations in Mexico, Ecuador, and Panama. This company is constituted by Hercesa and Ferrocarril Grupo Inmobiliario.
The objective is to undertake short-term, medium-term and long-term projects, depending on the opportunities and the prospects of different markets, diversifying the risk and taking advantage of the successful developed experience.
Hercesa wants to take advantage of the real estate developer and its partners to enhance real estate projects of great importance and make optimum the profit of foreign big investments, generating synergies between real estate developers and Spanish financial entities.
Hercesa endeavours to take the business model developed in Spain, adjusting it to the needs and requirements of each country. That’s why, it focuses its products in the typology of the demands of the local clients, making its developments viable in accordance with the acquisitive power of the market to which it is orientated, with special dedication to the ones that are more price competitive.
Moreover, Hercesa endeavours to create a global sales network which will include the local commercial activity with vast offers to the Spanish investors that are interested in foreign businesses. Until the moment Hercesa operates in Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Morocco, Eduador, Mexico and Panama. The company has a portfolio of more than 17,000 properties to be developed in the next years, hotels and business centres.
